So, you wrote and amazing song, now what? How do you turn that great song into a great recording? In this day and age there are a lot of options that work better for different people, styles and budgets. Here’s what I can offer you:

Instrumental Production:

You send me whatever you have; lyrics, melody, work tapes, chords, etc. We discuss genre, mood and budget. I create an instrumental track for your melody. You can sing your own vocals and send me stems or I can hire a vocalist. The song is mixed and mastered and I send you final WAV and MP3 files of your song and instrumental only track. Final files also include WMFH agreements signed by me, vocalists and any musicians I might hire. Instrumental production packages include 4 rounds of arrangement/vocalist notes and 4 round of mix/master notes

Melody or lyrics for hire:

If you are primarily a lyricist I can help you with melody. If all you have is a melody, I can help you write lyrics. If you are a musician producer I can write a full top line to your track. Two rounds of notes are included for each.

Production and Arrangement Assistance

If you have a music production studio or individual producer that you want to work with but aren’t sure how to properly communicate with them to bring your vision to life, I can help. Musical and production jargon can be complicated and daunting and some songwriters would much rather spend their time writing songs than drafting countless emails back and forth to production studios. I can help you figure out your chord structure, song style, create an arrangement and convey all of this to the production studio. I can be there to give them notes and help ensure that the song comes out better than you had even imagined.

Pricing

Pricing does vary greatly depending on the song style, amount of musicians and vocalists needed, etc. but no one likes a website that says “contact me for pricing” so here are some ranges to give you an idea of what you might be looking at.

Instrumental Production: $400-800

Vocals: $200-500

Mix and Master: $250-500

Production and Arrangement Assistance with a producer or studio of your choice: $250-350

Full Melody to your lyrics: $300-400

Melody Tweaks: $50-200

Full Lyrics to your melody: $250-350

Lyric Tweaks: $50-150

Basic Cover Art such as you see below: $50-100

All services are work made for hire which means YOU OWN EVERYTHING and will never have to pay me royalties, ever. When the song is finished I will send you executed work made for hire agreements along with full and instrumental only tracks of your song in MP3 and WAV formats.
